Marshall Nebeker

President and Founder

Marshall Nebeker began his career in logistics during his role as an Inside Sales Representative and Recruiter for a top third party logistics provider. Drawing on his industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Shore Logistics to offer top-tier service to his domestic clients. His expertise lies in mode and market specific freight solutions, business integration and sales processes. Marshall teaches his team the values that make an organization successful through practicing “the golden rule”. When not at work, Marshall is actively involved in his community and loves fishing, surfing, working out, and mentoring.

Tim Barnett

National Account Manager

Prior to joining Shore Logistics, Tim Barnett worked in customer service, sales, and shipping and warehouse management. His varied professional experience helped him hone his work ethic and customer service skills, enabling him to become a great logistics coordinator and national account manager. He is known for his promptness, honesty and generosity—always helping customers feel at ease and confident that they are in good hands. His education includes studies in Forestry and Natural resources at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and at Long Beach State University in communications. Tim spends his free time at the beach, on the basketball court, or with loved ones, including his girlfriend and their dog Bandit.

Michael Maguire

National Account Manager

Michael entered the logistics field in 2017 and brings his varied professional experience, a commitment to excellence, and robust customer service skills. He cultivates positive relationships with our clients throughout the shipping process, and always puts people ahead of profit. Originally from Ohio, Michael brings Midwestern honesty to his work, and provides a high-caliber service to Shore Logistics clients throughout the country. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and playing guitar.

Jamieson MacKenzie

Business Development

Jamieson has developed his sales and leadership skills through experience building team principles among his peers. He puts customer needs first and tackles problems effectively. Running a division has given him problem solving abilities and a team first attitude which makes him a great leader among colleagues. Jamieson attended Biola University, where he obtained a BA in business administration with an emphasis in management. He is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading, working out, and playing hockey.
